Delete your Check In account

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

  1. Open Check In and go to your profile or settings.
  2. Choose the account deletion option and confirm the request.
  3. If you cannot access the app, contact support from the email address connected to your account.

Before you delete

Account deletion is permanent after any required verification or retention period. Data that must be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons may be kept only as required.
